Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative with French language skills to join our team at Antal Sp. z o.o. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Communication - Provide clear and timely written and verbal communication with internal and external customers.
  • Relationship Management - Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers and internal departments.
  • Order Management - Manage high volumes of orders, ensuring accurate and prompt entry into systems like SAP, and following orders through invoicing.
  • Problem-Solving - Handle customer complaints, billing issues, and service problems, ensuring appropriate corrective actions are taken.
  • Negotiation and Coordination - Negotiate with Planning and Distribution teams to ensure product availability, expedite shipments, and manage backorders.

Qualifications

  • Education - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Language Skills - Fluent in French and English.
  • Industry Experience - Manufacturing industry or B2B experience strongly preferred.
  • Technical Skills - SAP experience preferred, Salesforce knowledge is an asset.
