Technical Support Specialist for Agile Collaboration Tools

About This Role
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in charge of the support and maintenance of our Agile Collaboration Tools services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, assisting in troubleshooting, creating documentation, informing and training customers about new features and functionalities, participating in automation, and further developing our tools and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, release notes, and knowledge base articles.
- Design and deliver training sessions to ensure customers have the necessary skills to utilize our tools and services.
- Contribute to the development of new features and functionalities, working closely with our engineering team.
- Maintain on-call rotation, ensuring prompt response to any related issues that may arise.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Atlassian Toolchain (Jira, Confluence, Crowd) and strong Unix/Linux skills.
- Knowledge of software development in Java and/or Python.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
- Strong team player mentality, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Bilingualism in English and one additional language (Spanish or German is a plus).
