Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Service Delivery & Client Care Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our daily operations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, control, and monitor all necessary operations related to the EU/Polish citizenship procedure.
  • Prepare applications for Polish citizenship and registration of Polish vital records.
  • Help evaluate and analyze foreign documents and other pertinent data.
  • Manage correspondence with clients and provide support to our Associates and Specialists.
  • Establish stable and efficient cooperation with clerks and public institutions.
  • Proactively seek team's input and enjoy bouncing ideas off of each other.
  • Manage both volume and complex cases.
  • Mentor team members on adopting a "client-in-the-center" approach.
  • Actively seek input from team members and foster collaborative idea-sharing.
  • Oversee the management and improvement of CRM and other business tools and processes.

  • Effective customer service knowledge or equivalent experience.
  • Proactive communication skills for identifying opportunities and suggesting improvements to both clients and within our Lexmotion business.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and fulfill commitments responsibly.
  • Strong verbal and written English skills (C1/C2 level).
  • Capacity to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Effective usage of business tools such as CRM, Asana, Miro, and others.

Optional

  • Knowledge in managing administrative procedures or equivalent experience (it is an advantage but is not required)
  • Spanish language proficiency (it is an advantage but is not required).
