Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at TENNECO. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining systems to prevent defects and errors in processes and products to ensure compliance with IATF requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with IATF requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality policies and procedures to ensure effective quality management.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of the business.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance.
  • Provide training and coaching to employees on quality management principles and practices.

Requirements:

  • Higher technical education.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial positions.
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements and specific customer requirements such as BMW, VW, Stellantis, JLR, Volvo.
  • Ability to manage teams and communicate with different management levels.
  • Practical knowledge of quality tools and the ability to transfer knowledge about them.
  • Knowledge of applications: SAP, Minitab.
  • Very good command of English.
