About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Managing Consultant to join our team at Capgemini Polska. As a key member of our PBS Consulting department, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the development of SAP modules for international clients.

Your primary focus will be on participating in requirements analysis, system configuration, and testing in line with client guidelines. You will also be responsible for developing concepts for new solutions and implementing agreed changes, as well as collaborating with development teams to design and test significant new functionalities and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support the development of SAP modules for international clients;
  • Participate in requirements analysis, system configuration, and testing in line with client guidelines;
  • Develop concepts for new solutions and implement agreed changes;
  • Collaborate with development teams to design and test significant new functionalities and enhancements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP functional knowledge, including implementation and support expertise;
  • Extensive experience in configuring SAP modules and business processes;
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing project delivery, ensuring timelines and objectives are met;
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants;
  • Knowledge of ABAP is an advantage;
  • Experience in business process analysis, optimization, and project management;
  • Proficiency in English or German (knowledge of both languages is a plus);
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
