Job Overview

At Element Solutions Inc, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Poland. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for serving customers in the Northern Poland region, achieving set sales targets, and acquiring new customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's presence in the region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to customers and stakeholders to promote the company's products and services.
Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably chemistry or chemical technology.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electroplating and chemical sales.
  • Experience in sales, preferably in the chemical industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
