Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled Lease Administration Senior Analyst to join our Equinix team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for corporate real estate to work on rent payment processes and systems support, acting as a subject matter expert on Equinix's real estate portfolios and maintaining communication with landlords.


Key Responsibilities



  • Data Management: Manage and coordinate the accuracy of lease abstractions to ensure that all lease fields are filled out correctly (financial, lease terms, and critical dates) and abstraction occurs on time within the company's internal SLAs.
  • Financial Management: Manage the monthly rent payment processing for the EMEA portfolio (+€100m per annum), ensuring timeliness and accuracy of rent payments, and responsible for rent variance analysis.
  • Payment of Rent / CAM: Complete the monthly rent payment process, identify need for lease and rent-related reports, and work with the Accounting team to hone processes to avoid payment errors.
  • Lease Management: Act as a final escalation point for the lease management system, responsible for lease abstraction, and manage landlord correspondence and drafts leases.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain data integrity to ensure consistency with the portfolio.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a subject matter expert on Equinix real estate portfolios and act as a point of contact for various departments (e.g., finance, sales, etc.).

Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree with proven years of experience in lease administration.
  • Finance/Accounting experience is a plus.
  • Previous experience within an international business environment.
  • Team-oriented person able to work independently with good interpersonal skills and eager to learn.
  • Actively assumes ownership and accountability.
  • Creative problem solver with analytical understanding.
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and macros (VBA).
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • Ability to occasional travel.
