Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

In this role, you will be part of a team that provides an objective evaluation of the operational, financial, and informational control systems established by management. You will contribute to the Company's risk management process and act as a catalyst for change.

The mission of Governance, Risk and Controls (GRC)

is to provide independent, objective auditing and control consulting services designed to add value and improve Cisco's Operations. We help organizations accomplish their objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the risk management, controls, and governance processes.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will demonstrate solid knowledge and experience of business processes, COSO, US GAAP, accounting, and auditing principles.
  • You will execute controls testing and complete data analytics to support assessments.
  • You will document processes, business risks, and identify controls.
  • You will understand organizational tools and related software applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • You must have a Master's Degree or equivalent in finance.
  • You must have over 5 years of relevant audit or internal audit experience.
  • You must exhibit solid communication and collaboration skills.
  • You must have or be actively pursuing a relevant professional certification (CPA, CIA, CFE, etc.).
  • You must have a strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail, capable of driving change and working effectively under time pressure.
  • You must have excellent interpersonal skills and confidence to challenge the status quo.
