Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Delivery Manager to lead complex programs or sets of inter-related projects within a budget of approximately £3m – £5m. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple concurrent projects and coordinating deliverables to align with overall business goals and outcomes;
  • Providing leadership and direction to diverse teams, including internal and external resources;
  • Ensuring consistent delivery, efficiency, and success of projects while maintaining compliance with IT-internal requirements;
  • Identifying, monitoring, and managing program dependencies, risks, and issues;
  • Developing effective governance arrangements and comprehensive reporting for Management and Executive Leadership;
  • Managing program costs and ensuring accurate forecasts and accruals in SAP (finances) and Planview (resources);

The successful candidate will possess fluency in spoken and written English and German, as well as at least 7+ years of experience in managing multiple IT infrastructure, workplace, or application projects within a technically complex environment. Strong personal organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven experience in setting up and driving successful global programs are essential.
