Senior Compliance Specialist Role:

We are seeking a Senior Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing new processes and procedures to ensure the highest quality standards. You will work closely with our executive team to support employees in the USA, Germany, and Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency.

• Analyze data and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

• Maintain comprehensive QMS documentation with strong attention to detail.

• Implement new software tools and automate processes to streamline operations.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

• At least two years of relevant job experience.

• Bachelor's degree.

• Excellent knowledge of English (B2/C1).

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Knowledge of ISO norms is an asset.
