We're seeking an exceptional Financial Planning and Business Development expert to join our EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa) FP&A team.

Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your financial planning and business development skills to drive strategic growth and success in our EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgeting processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support strategic planning, annual budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local commercial teams and finance partners to drive business partnerships and collaboration.
  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of monthly reports, forecasts, and annual budget preparation.
  • Collaborate with Finance leadership to identify potential business and operational risks and advise on mitigation strategies.
  • Deliver comprehensive monthly reporting packages for management, including budget vs. actual results and variance analysis.
  • Perform strategic ad hoc reporting and financial analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Expertise: Strong technical and financial knowledge, with excellent understanding of accounting principles and internal control requirements.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in financial planning and reporting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Skillset: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with high proficiency in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel), with experience in JD Edwards (JDE) and HFM/FCC a plus.
