PepsiCo HR Automation Specialist

The PepsiCo Transformation Team is seeking a skilled HR Automation Specialist to accelerate the adoption of new processes and technologies in Global Human Resources Operations & Service Delivery.
This role requires a proactive specialist with experience in Lean Six Sigma, project management, and robotic process automation (RPA) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a background in process design and re-engineering, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:- Documenting current state end-to-end processes for designated areas of the employment lifecycle;
- Analyzing current processes and identifying disconnects or problems with each activity for future root-cause review with global process owners (GPOs) and stakeholders;
- Facilitating root-cause review with stakeholders to prioritize the severity of disconnects/problems and identify root cause solutions for each disconnect/problem;
- Development and implementation of automated solutions to simplify processes;
- Ensuring appropriate transition, communication, and implementation plans are developed with relevant stakeholders for process improvements/changes;
- Implementation metrics to measure/monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of process improvements; gather feedback on processes for continuous improvements;
- Lean Six Sigma experience – minimum qualified to Green belt;
- Programming languages such as Python, Java, or C# for developing automation scripts or RPA bots;
- Knowledge of RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism for building automated workflows;
- Understanding of APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) for integrating different systems and applications;
- Project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor automation projects, applying Lean 6Sigma, DMAIC;
- My Services application technical experience;
