We are expanding our freight forwarding teams and are looking for a new team member to join our team as a Freight Forwarding Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search for carriers for import/export operations and cultivate the customer portfolio;
  • Engage in cargo exchange operations and participate in the trading of cargo on exchanges;
  • Organize and control cargo transportation according to assigned directions;
  • Collaborate with clients and partners, handle communication, and provide database support;
  • Assess customer needs and execute orders, controlling the movement of transport;
  • Engage in negotiations, finalize agreements, and oversee document management.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-3 years of work experience in the transport or logistics sector;
  • Understanding of the intricacies of cargo transportation;
  • Communication skills in Russian, Polish (oral and written), with knowledge of English being an advantage;
  • Good negotiation and communication skills;
  • Demonstrating responsibility, organizational skills, results-driven focus, and the ability to manage stressful situations.
