Job Summary

Bruker is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join its Corporate FP&A team in Warsaw. The successful candidate will support the execution of forecasting and reporting processes, working closely with the FP&A Director to facilitate management reporting, budgeting, and planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Director of FP&A to develop and implement financial reporting and planning processes.
  • Coordinate quarterly division management reporting and support Corporate Financial Reviews with Business Unit finance.
  • Deliver high-quality financial reports and maintain data integrity, including data validation checks and issue resolution.
  • Support the development of the annual business plan and strategic goal-setting process.
  • Collaborate with business and regional finance teams to support finance reporting execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, or accounting.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial reporting, and controlling, or with a Big 4 firm.
  • Excellent Excel skills and experience with SAP and SAP BPC.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
