Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Compliance Specialist to join our team at State Street. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for monitoring compliance results on client portfolios and coordinating work with the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the quality and timelines of service provided and ensure the team meets green KPI targets.
  • Participate as a technical SME in the development, testing, and implementation of new systems and products.
  • Evaluate the continuing effectiveness and accuracy of processes and suggest improvements.
  • Contribute to the analysis and planning of operating models to standardize processes and establish best practices.
  • Assist in operational capacity calculations for the team/function/unit.

Requirements

  • Advanced technical and financial knowledge of Investment Compliance processes and systems.
  • Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and database applications.
  • Accuracy and ability to work with deadlines.
  • Understanding of SQL query language and VBA is an asset.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Proactivity and creativity in issue-solving.
  • Motivating colleagues to make independent decisions.
  • Effective time management and good organizational skills.
