Data Analyst

LeasingTeam Group, a leading personnel consultancy company, is seeking a highly skilled People Analytics Manager to join our team. As a key member of our LeasingTeam Group, you will play a crucial role in driving business decisions through data-driven insights.

• Evaluate and analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in core people metrics.
• Develop and implement business models to identify correlations and predict outcomes.
• Deliver key metric reports in a timely manner, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Promote a data-driven mindset across the organization, partnering with stakeholders to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address critical people issues, leveraging data to inform decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing, communicating outcomes and integrating feedback.

• University degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Statistics, Data Science, or Finance.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, with a strong focus on business acumen.
• Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Power BI, with knowledge of SQL and R/Python a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to analyze complex data sets.
