Product Manager for Financial Services

We are looking for a skilled Product Manager to join our team at Netguru. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and communicating product requirements to development teams, ensuring a shared understanding of objectives and expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and communicating a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business priorities and customer needs.
  • Conducting market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Defining the long-term vision for the product and establishing a roadmap to achieve it.
  • Using data and analytics to track product performance, identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and market adoption.

Requirements for the role include:

  • At least 4 years of experience in product management.
  • Experience working in fintech or banking industry in product management area.
  • Expert knowledge of product management processes.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data to make decisions and measure product success.
  • Ability to take on strategic projects that span multiple squads and various stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify metrics & KPIs for a product that you're building.
  • Ability to communicate broad and specific progress and concepts to various stakeholders including executives, team members, and customers.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate those needs into product features.
  • Excellent communication skills and being the team player.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in agile methodology environment (at least 2 years).
  • Excellent communication skills in Polish and English – both verbal and written (C1+).
  • Certifications related to product management, agile methodologies are the added value.
