About the Role

Haleon is a new world-leading consumer health company, and we're looking for an HR Generalist to support our HR operations processes in Poland. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting HR operation processes at Haleon in close cooperation with HR Business Partners, and Business Leaders across all functions located in Poland (Warsaw and Poznań).

Key Responsibilities

  • Support line managers at the country level in delivering key standardized HR activities, coach and develop line managers in HR procedures, processes, employee selection and ways of working.
  • Advise managers and employees on complex HR management issues.
  • Participate in initiatives and programs developed by HR People Services, Payroll, Recruiting, Rewards, Global Mobility, Benefits, etc. and ensure their implementation either individually or in partnership, including building local HR knowledge and capabilities.
  • Participate in projects according to the assigned role. Act in accordance with applicable external and internal regulations.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors within the agreed upon scope of work.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience across multiple HR disciplines. (HR Operations, HR Administration, Payroll is preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR, Law, Administration.
  • Excellent knowledge of Polish labor law (a must).
  • Experience of working in a complex international organization (cross-functional organizational structure, HR SSCs cooperation) especially in HR Operations area.
  • Experience with internal/external regulatory & labor relations works councils, unions, labor authorities.
  • Effective presentation and communication skills, fluency in Polish and English.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally (People Services, Talent Acquisition).
  • Analytical skills, solution orientation, and focus on process simplification.
