Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our global team at HITACHI ENERGY SERVICES SP. Z O.O. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert HR support and guidance to our IT business area, ensuring effective collaboration and performance in a rapidly changing environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth and improvement in collaboration with senior leaders.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Lead and facilitate HR projects, change management initiatives, and performance management activities to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR teams globally to share best practices, develop talent, and drive business results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Demonstrate expertise in HR metrics, change management, recruiting, employee development, performance management, and compensation strategies.
  • Showcase strong interpersonal skills, ability to lead, and excellent communication skills to influence and motivate others.
  • Facilitate and influence change, possess effective facilitation and coaching skills, and remain adaptable in fast-paced environments.
  • Active affiliation with HR networks and organizations, ongoing community involvement, and well-developed team skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive HR issues effectively, and demonstrate energy, passion, and ownership for growth as an HR professional.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative environment, work effectively with multiple stakeholders, and handle multiple projects, changing priorities, and heavy workloads.
  • Business-focused, critical thinking, analytical skills, and strong organizational skills to drive results and improve processes.
  • Assist with employee performance management activities, including annual reviews, success planning, and compensation.

Your Background

  • Bachelor and/or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or similar.
  • Solid previous experience in HR function (minimum 10 years) is a must.
  • Ability to move in an international & global environment, balance different stakeholders, and demonstrate strategic & growth mindset.
  • International experience, proficiency in Polish labor law application, and excellent communication skills in English and Polish.
