We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to manage the data, processes, and quality required for generating insights in our Global IT landscape, which includes SAP, Azure, and Power BI integration. This diverse team is passionate about data-driven decision making and collaboration.

All About the Role:

As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable data pipelines using our internal data engineering framework based on Python, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Databricks. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, data analysts, and architects to deliver actionable data solutions.

  • Design and develop data models that meet functional and non-functional criteria, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into practical data solutions.
  • Engage proactively with data providers to address data quality issues and implement effective communication strategies.
  • Contribute to discovery workshops to understand business needs and propose optimal data solutions.

About You:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in computer science or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in ETL processing, data modeling, data management, and database systems.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with hands-on experience in SQL and familiarity with Azure technologies.
  • Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools, such as GitHub or Azure DevOps.
  • A problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to enriching and expanding our data engineering capabilities.
  • Experience in a global, English-speaking work environment and a collaborative, cross-functional setting.

The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience. As part of the Electrolux Group, we offer flexible work hours, discounts on our products and services, family-friendly benefits, and extensive learning opportunities.

This is a full-time position that can be based in our office in Stockholm, Sweden, Cracow, or Wroclaw, Poland. Regardless of the location, you will be part of a dynamic international team where English is the natural language.
