About the Job

You will play a key role in Danone's IT and Data organization as a Senior Manager Cybersecurity R&I and QFS. Your primary focus will be on leading the cyber transformation projects for R&I and QFS, ensuring alignment with the company's overall cybersecurity strategy and objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading cyber transformation projects for R&I and QFS
  • Maintaining a cybersecurity risk map for R&I systems and processes
  • Enforcing cybersecurity policies and standards in the R&I area
  • Establishing and managing incident response protocols
  • Supporting the design and delivery of cybersecurity training programs
  • Collaborating with IT, legal, and other relevant departments to ensure cohesive and comprehensive cybersecurity measures
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on managing cyber transformation projects. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are highly valued. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices, proficiency in risk management, and excellent stakeholder management skills are essential.

Able to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders, experience with risk analysis and advisory, and knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards are also highly desirable.
