About this role:

As a Traffic Coordinator in our Global Creative Studio, you will play a key role in ensuring the studio's day-to-day operations run efficiently and effectively. This includes handling incoming creative requests from across the business, allocating creative resources, and managing stakeholders.

You will oversee various aspects of studio management, enabling creative teams to focus on their work and helping the studio maintain effective workflows and high-quality output.

Key responsibilities:
  • Project coordination: handle and assign incoming requests to the Global Studio from a wide range of internal teams
  • Resource allocation: manage studio resources to meet project demands
  • Workflow management: ensure Studio projects follow internal processes and established ways of working
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and creative teams to facilitate smooth project execution, track and report progress, and resolve issues
  • Maintain clear and effective communication within the Studio and with stakeholders to flag issues, find solutions, and keep projects on track
What we're looking for:
  • Experience related to planning and coordinating projects and campaigns
  • Previous experience working in an international business and/or with creative agencies is a plus
  • Knowledge of JIRA is a major advantage
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with creative teams and external stakeholders, acting as the main contact point and problem-solver on projects
  • Ability to translate a project plan into achievable tasks for a range of creatives, from project initiation to completion
  • A problem-solving, can-do attitude
  • Fluent English (written and spoken). Additional languages are an asset
