Senior JavaScript Developer for Accessibility Solutions

We're looking for an experienced JavaScript developer to help build a more accessible web for everyone. In this role, you'll combine your software development skills with a passion for quality assurance to develop robust automation testing solutions for our accessibility testing engine.

As a key member of our development team, you'll work closely with our developers to ensure the testability and maintainability of our Web SDK. Your expertise in JavaScript and test automation frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, and WebdriverIO will be crucial in designing and implementing effective test strategies to cover critical functionality and accessibility scenarios.

Additionally, you'll investigate and troubleshoot issues found during test execution, working closely with our development team to resolve them. You'll also continuously improve and optimize the automated testing process to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain automated test suites using JavaScript and popular test automation frameworks
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure testability and maintainability of the Web SDK
  • Design and implement effective test strategies to cover critical functionality and accessibility scenarios
  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues found during test execution
  • Continuously improve and optimize the automated testing process
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Client Side or QA Automation, focusing on JavaScript development
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
  • Extensive experience with test automation frameworks such as Webdriver.io, Cypress, and Playwright
  • Deep understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and DOM manipulation
  • Experience in developing and maintaining SDKs or libraries
  • Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and experience with related tools
  • Upper-intermediate English, both verbal and written
