Job Description

The Video Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, including troubleshooting, problem resolution, and customer escalation. This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong technical and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage and troubleshoot technical issues with cloud and on-prem solutions
  • Provide clear and concise communication to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Assist in the identification of application hardware/software failures
  • Responsible for SLA adherence in terms of first response and resolution times
  • Create engineering tickets for bugs while maintaining ownership of the ticket from start to finish

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years' experience in Information Technology and/or Software Support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience supporting cloud and on-prem solutions with an emphasis on cloud
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
