Trading Services Analyst

At IG Group, we're seeking a skilled Trader Support Specialist to join our global Trading Services team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients across phone, email, web chat, and social media platforms.

About the Role

We're looking for a talented individual with a genuine interest in working in the financial markets and client services. You will be responsible for providing front-line support to our clients, answering queries on our products and platforms, resolving trade queries and disputes, and executing trades for our clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing front-line support to clients across various communication channels
  • Answering queries on our products and platforms
  • Resolving trade queries and disputes
  • Executing trades for clients over the phone
  • Providing technical support with our front-end platforms and chart packages
  • Conducting audit checks and client administration tasks
  • Participating in and running various projects and initiatives

About You

We don't require a background in finance, but you will need a degree-level education, fluency in German (written and spoken), and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A logical and analytical approach to problem-solving and confidence in basic math skills are also essential. Experience in a client servicing team or sales is a plus, but not necessary.
