We are Codejet Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, a remote-first company with team members across Europe. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Warsaw or Białystok.

The ideal candidate will have experience in manual testing methods and an eye for detail. We value proactive team members who can manage their responsibilities with minimal supervision.

In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products, serving over 20,000 users. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to continuously improve our offerings.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough testing of our products, documenting any bugs or usability issues, and ensuring alignment with our product release plans.
  • Collaborating with developers and designers to provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Addressing testing challenges to create a seamless user experience across our expanding toolset.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €35,000-€45,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including:

  • A commitment contract or employment contract, full-time, long-term.
  • Student status under 26 is a big plus for budget reasons - please mention this in your application.
  • Project Management: Agile (1-week sprints), minimal number of calls, daily stand-up at 9:15 am.
  • Setup: Choose whatever laptop you'd like.
  • Job Location: Warsaw or Białystok - Codejet is a remote-first company with team members across Europe. However, there is a possibility to switch to remote work only.
