Principal Account Manager, Field Sales

Analog Devices is a world leader in the design, manufacturing, and marketing of high-performance analog, mixed-signal, and digital signal processing integrated circuits. We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Poland.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the region
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and customers
- Work closely with internal teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions
- Collaborate with sales teams to achieve sales targets and grow the business
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ADI technologies, products, and trends
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years of sales experience with a strong track record of success
- Experience in the semiconductor market and solution selling
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Polish and English language
- Ability to travel 3-4 days a week
