Data Entry Procurement Specialist with German Language Skills

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Procurement Specialist with strong German language skills to join our team in a remote role. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing procurement data to ensure the smooth running of our procurement processes. Effective communication in German and attention to detail are critical to maintaining data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Enter procurement data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and up-to-dateness.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update procurement records, including supplier information, purchase orders, and stock levels.
  • Communication: Liaise with English-speaking suppliers and vendors to gather necessary information and resolve discrepancies.
  • Documentation: Prepare and manage procurement documentation, ensuring proper filing and accessibility.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve data entry processes and propose effective solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the procurement team and other departments to support various procurement activities and projects.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • German language skills (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and systems would be an advantage.

Compensation Package:

  • Competitive salary range: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum.
