About the Role

Ramboll is seeking a highly experienced Managing Consultant with a strong background in environmental projects to join our team based in Warsaw office.

We invite you to bring your expertise in environmental due diligence assessment projects, health and safety, environmental permitting and compliance, site investigations, and remediation projects to contribute to innovative and high-quality environmental solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Participate in domestic and foreign environmental due diligence assessment projects, health and safety, environmental permitting and compliance, site investigations, and remediation projects.
  • Manage medium-sized project teams and develop proposals to maintain good relationships with clients and drive sales.
  • Cooperate actively with the entire team in Poland and other Ramboll branches around the world.
  • Participate in business trips, both domestic and foreign.

Our Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, environmental protection, waste management, earth sciences, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience in environmental due diligence assessment projects, health and safety, environmental permitting and compliance, site investigations, and remediation projects.
  • Solid understanding of Polish environmental law and regulations, with documented practical experience in relations with administrative authorities.
  • Experience in EIA, ESIA, ESG, waste management, LCA, will be an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience in MS Office, ArcGIS, and graphics programs.
  • Fluency in both Polish and English, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Proven experience in medium to large size projects' management, with a focus on building high-performing teams and tracking project profitability.
  • Ability to work as a part of a team, experience in business development, and client management.
  • Readiness to work at the Clients' sites, with a few days a month spent on site visits, audits, and field work.
