Job Overview

As a Cash and Working Capital Analyst with French language skills, you will be responsible for analyzing working capital, cash, and inventory assigned to PBS Poland, possibly for given countries or legal entities. You will apply the guidelines for cash management, working capital, and inventory management, performing variance analysis and providing initial commentary. You will also support the action driving with the team and apply relevant controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare cash balance forecast for a period of 26 weeks, analyze risks and opportunities, and track performance.
  • Perform Operating Cash Flow analysis, identify variations to the annual plan and semi-annual forecast, and advise remediation actions.
  • Prepare reports with comprehensive commentary for Management.
  • Collaborate with Ops, Finance, and Business Partner clusters.
  • Participate in the preparation of Operating Cash Flow planning.
  • Participate in the implementation and maintenance of systems, processes, documentation, projects, and programs used in the execution of Working Capital/Cash/Inventory policies and practices.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in finance/accounting in an international environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Controlling, or Accounting.
  • Experience in Accounting.
  • Knowledge of Finance in general and Cash Forecasting/Working Capital in particular.
  • Hands-on experience of Shared Services transition a plus.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Availability to travel during the Transition phase and then occasionally.
