About the Role
Selvita is a global integrated drug discovery partner seeking an Analytical Specialist to join our analytical chemistry team. As an expert in HPLC methods, you will play a crucial role in Drug Discovery processes for biotech and pharma companies worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analyses using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) following established protocols.
- Prepare samples and reagents for analysis.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
- Accurately record analysis results and prepare reports.
- Contribute to the development, analysis, interpretation of results, and registration according to applicable procedures.
- Plan and execute daily analyses.
- Conduct transfers and validations of methods, including the preparation of related documentation.
- Collaborate closely with the biology team to interpret data and develop analysis strategies, as well as with clients.
Requirements
- University degree in the field of Life Sciences, specializing in areas such as Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Preferably 2 years of experience in laboratory work.
- Experience in chromatography techniques (HPLC, UHPLC), is a must.
- Fluency in English (at least B2) and communicative Polish.
- Knowledge of protein chemistry is a significant advantage.
- High motivation with excellent organization and attention to detail skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
