Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with German language skills to join our team in Krakow. As a key member of our Polyurethanes Customer Service team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality transactional and business services associated with the order fulfillment process.



Key Responsibilities



  • Complete the customer service process from receipt of orders through to dispatch and invoice using standard SAP processes and functionality.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with customers and internal stakeholders by providing relevant process information and proactively following up on orders and deliveries.
  • Monitor customer accounts and order book status, resolving problems with potential customer impact, including credit blocks and delivery issues.
  • Follow established procedures for each service request, including logging, processing, and progress chasing inquiries.
  • Control the delivery process within SAP and prepare associated documentation for goods dispatch.
  • Ensure all processed dispatches are ready for billing and system housekeeping is up-to-date.
  • Refer availability/forecast issues to the daily hotspot meeting for resolution with relevant parties.
  • Manage operationally Vendor Managed Inventory / Consignment in close collaboration with the customer.
  • Control the settlement process for rebates and commissions associated with the allocated customer base.


Requirements


To succeed in this role, you should have:



  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Previous professional experience in Customer Service / Order Management in a similar environment.
  • S&OP experience is a strong plus.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, ideally with SAP experience.
  • Fluency in English and German required.
  • Very good problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels within the business.
  • An organized and systematic approach, with the flexibility to adapt to demanding environments.
