Job Title: Elevator Systems Business Development Specialist


Location: Remote (based in Poland)


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Elevator Systems Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team in Poland. Our company, Europe Solutions UK, is a leader in designing and manufacturing advanced elevator systems, with successful sales in Poland and over 40 other countries worldwide.

Position Overview:


This role is ideal for a self-driven Sales Engineer with a passion for elevator systems and a strong focus on generating new business. You will manage and grow existing accounts while actively seeking new opportunities within Poland. The right candidate will bring strong commercial insight, exceptional communication skills, and a proven background in business development and account management.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies tailored to the elevator industry.
  • Build and sustain partnerships with lift installers to drive account growth and new business.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and generating referrals.
  • Understand and address customer-specific needs and provide technical and financial guidance.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients as necessary.
  • Monitor market trends, identify risks, analyze competitor activity, and work toward achieving KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to grow your professional network.

Requirements:



  • Proven experience in a business development or technical sales role, ideally in construction, machinery, or building services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to empathize with clients, understand their needs, and provide persuasive solutions.
  • Analytical mindset with a process-oriented approach.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working both independently and within a team.
  • Willing to travel within the territory for client meetings.
  • Engineering qualification preferred.
  • Fluent in Polish and good in English.
