Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly skilled RPA Developer to join their team in delivering comprehensive automation projects within various finance areas using Ui Path and other technologies.

About the Role:

  • Participate in all phases of automation projects, including process feasibility assessment, requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, maintenance, and monitoring.
  • Deliver automations using Ui Path, VBA, SQL, and Google Scripting.
  • Automate business processes in various scopes and provide high-quality solutions by following best practices and coding standards.
  • Maintain existing automations and prepare technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to increase automation awareness within the company.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Math/Computer Science/Finance/Accounting or equivalent field.
  • 1+ year of relevant experience in automating processes within complex, large-scale environments.
  • Practical Ui Path experience and hands-on VBA/Google Scripting experience.
  • BASIC SQL knowledge and ability to select technology from available stack to meet requirements efficiently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new technologies.
