Customer Service Representative Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative with Russian language skills, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders from start to finish, including follow-up and administration
  • Engage with customers to provide a positive sales experience
  • Closely collaborate with sales and other departments
  • Promote high customer satisfaction and quality of service
  • Provide proactive support to internal and external customers

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end management of the order to shipment process
  • Daily contact with customers and sales team
  • Daily contact with traffic department and carriers
  • Ensure daily log-in and consistent availability on cloud-based telephony system
  • Support in setting up and processing new customer accounts
  • Provide customer and internal reports as required
  • Update and maintain customer records
  • Promote electronic ordering and follow up on issues
  • Support in processing customer invoicing and resolving queries
  • Review and update packing and shipping instructions
  • Maximize shipments and improve availability
  • Proactively resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Interface with credit department and other departments
  • Meet forecast pressure
  • Initial point of contact for customer complaints and queries

Requirements and Skills:

  • High level of written and spoken English
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • SAP knowledge and experience highly desirable
  • Automotive industry experience advantageous
  • Genuine passion for customer service
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
  • Ability to liaise confidently with customers and internal stakeholders

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant industry qualification
  • Previous experience in customer service or admin environment
  • SAP knowledge and experience highly desirable
  • Automotive industry experience advantageous
