Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute the entire service cycle for EU/Polish citizenship applications, ensuring smooth delivery to our clients.
- Prepare and submit applications for Polish citizenship and registration of Polish vital records.
- Evaluate and analyze foreign documents and other relevant data to support the application process.
- Manage correspondence with clients, provide support to our Associates and Specialists, and establish efficient cooperation with clerks and public institutions.
- Proactively seek team input, foster collaborative idea-sharing, and mentor team members on adopting a client-centered approach.
- Oversee the management and improvement of CRM and other business tools and processes.
Requirements

- Effective customer service knowledge or equivalent experience.
- Proactive communication skills for identifying opportunities and suggesting improvements to clients and within our Lexmotion business.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and fulfill commitments responsibly.

- Capacity to give and receive constructive feedback.
- Effective usage of business tools such as CRM, Asana, Miro, and others.
