About this Role
This is a hybrid role that offers flexibility to work fully virtually or from our office in Kraków. As a first point of contact for our global clients, you will be responsible for providing help and guidance regarding their benefits.
Your First 3 Months
- You'll learn how we organize employee benefits for our clients.
- You'll get to know our team of specialists who will share their expertise with you.
- You'll become familiar with online tools that our customers use to select and handle their benefits.
Success Factors
- We're looking for someone with up to 6 months of experience in a similar role, but we prioritize the ability to learn new skills quickly.
- You should have excellent English and Dutch language proficiency (at least C1 on the CEFR scale), as you'll use these languages daily.
- Good communication skills are essential, including interacting with customers and resolving issues.
- Flexibility and good organizational skills are also required.
