Job Title: Azure Data Engineer

C&F S.A. is a technology services company providing innovative solutions in Data Management, Big Data, Advanced Analytics, and Compliance. We are seeking an experienced Azure Data Engineer to support our global customers in building innovative big data products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with data architects to design and implement data pipelines, data visualization, and analytics products.
  • Develop and maintain automated services and APIs using Azure services such as Databricks, Data Lake, Synapse, and Azure SQL.
  • Ensure data quality and implement data quality checks.
  • Manage and maintain tools to automate operational processes.
  • Work in a multi-disciplined team to turn data discoveries and ideas into models and insights.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Azure.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Azure data services and technologies.
  • Good understanding of Azure as a platform.
  • Experience with analytics, databases, data systems, and working directly with clients.
  • Good knowledge of SQL or Python.
  • Azure DevOps/GitHub at least intermediate level.
  • Experience working on projects for international clients and ability to work in small, highly technical groups.
  • Very good knowledge of English (and Polish) with the ability to speak but also explain and simplify technical topics for the business.
