Technical Support Expert for Greek-Speaking Customers

Job Description:

As a Technical Support Agent with HCL Technologies, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to Greek-speaking customers. Your main goal will be to deliver timely and effective solutions to helpdesk queries, equipment configuration, backup maintenance, and software installation/de-installation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware/software/network problems via telephone for customers' end users
  • Routing complex issues to internal support groups
  • Coordinating relationships with vendors and collaborating with support staff to acquire technical knowledge
  • Managing user access in various systems
  • Utilizing the Call Tracking System to document and manage problems, work requests, and their respective resolutions and circumventions

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and conversation skills (both verbal and written)
  • Exceptional customer handling skills and resourcefulness, vital for dealing with unforeseen situations
  • The ability to rapidly acquire new information and maintain a willingness to do so at all times
  • A flexible attitude towards working in a 24/7 environment

In terms of technical requirements, you will need:

  • A solid understanding of the IT environment and a readiness to learn new processes and technologies
  • A comprehensive working knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Internet browsers, Antivirus and Firewall software, and PC hardware
  • ITIL knowledge would be beneficial

Language proficiency is essential, with a minimum of B2 level in both Greek and English.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately 30,000 - 40,000 PLN, depending on your experience and qualifications.
