About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Key Account Manager to join our team at skills matter sp. z o. o. As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling advanced ICT solutions to large corporate and public sector institutions in Poland.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Project sales of ICT solutions to a segment of the largest companies and public sector institutions in Poland
  • Building long-term relationships with clients
  • Actively acquiring new business opportunities and developing cooperation with existing customers
  • Identifying customer requirements and creating new projects
  • Managing all aspects of relationships with key clients
  • Representing FAST IT and creating the company's image at meetings, conferences, and events
  • Implementing sales plans

Your Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in selling advanced ICT solutions to the large corporate and public sector institution segment
  • Experience in conducting sales discussions with senior management
  • Customer focus and ability to develop effective business relationships
  • Knowledge of the purchasing process in large companies, and knowledge of public and sector procurement legislation
  • Ability to conduct sales projects and commercial negotiations with values exceeding PLN 1 million
  • Knowledge of 3-5 clients with direct relations
  • Good knowledge of the English language (preferred)
  • Driving licence cat. B
