Reliable Facility Maintenance Expert

We are seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance Expert to join our team at Alstom.

As a global leader in the transportation industry, we understand the importance of reliable infrastructure. Our facilities team is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our sites, and we need someone with expertise in maintenance management to help us achieve this goal.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing tertiary maintenance activities, supervising contractors, managing budgets and contracts, and overseeing facility processes. They will also be expected to deliver timely results to internal and external customers.

To be considered for this role, you should have experience in construction engineering or operations engineering, as well as strong negotiation and sourcing skills. You should also be familiar with large-scale planning and activity management, and have a solid understanding of EHS and legal requirements.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality results.
