Planning and Performance Management Specialist

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled Planning and Performance Management Specialist to join our team at Zurich Insurance Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing specific planning and performance management activities relevant to our regular performance management reporting processes for all business units and related expenses.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain client applications for finance and other areas of the business.
  • Deliver support services via timely issue resolutions, escalation, and resolver group liaison on a daily basis.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity among client systems.
  • Prepare routine reports and documents out of the system.
  • Act as an expert towards customers advising them on possible reports structure changes/adjustments or enhancements.
  • Ensure high-quality results and compliance with internal guidelines.
  • Communicate directly with customers and data providers, handling incoming and outgoing communication written and verbally.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in finance and controlling industries.
  • Practical experience in FP&A/management accounting & reporting/cost controlling areas.
  • Finance and Accounting, Economy/Controlling, or equivalent academic degree.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Experience in SAP, BI Tools, and SQL is desired.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Good knowledge of MS Access and proficient with MS Excel.
  • Service-oriented, able to work under pressure, and willing to develop skills and scope of responsibility.
  • Flexible working style and hours, especially around close times.
  • Good analytical and conceptual skills, as well as good communication and presentation skills.
