Wolt is a leading food delivery and marketplace company that connects customers with their favorite restaurants and stores. Our excellent customer service teams are the backbone of our operations, ensuring seamless interactions between customers, restaurant partners, and courier partners.
Job OverviewWe're seeking an experienced Customer Support Team Lead to manage our local support team in Poland. As a key member of our Support Team, you'll inspire a high-quality standard of service that delights our customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example, setting the bar for exceptional customer interactions that go beyond problem-solving.
- Mentor and empower your team members to grow and develop in their roles.
- Manage SLAs, providing consistent feedback to ensure your team meets performance targets.
- Communicate effectively with customers, courier partners, and merchants, adapting your tone to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with our Head of Support on projects to enhance the support experience for customers and partners.
- Analyze data to inform strategic decisions, leveraging spreadsheet skills to drive business outcomes.
- A proven track record as a customer-facing team lead, with a passion for delivering exceptional support experiences.
- A talent for growing and developing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- The ability to think critically, prioritize tasks, and multitask with ease.
- Technical proficiency, including experience with support tools and a willingness to learn and teach others.
- Strong analytical skills, with a knack for translating data into actionable insights.
- A can-do attitude, with a willingness to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
- Fluency in English and Polish.
Our estimated salary for this role is 65,000 - 85,000 PLN per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
