Sales Manager for Intercom Systems

Bosch Polska is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager for Intercom Systems to lead our business growth in the East European region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships and develop sales strategies to increase market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with customers.
- Develop and implement local business development activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create training materials and support customer engagement.
- Utilize CRM and other sales tools to track customer interactions and sales performance.
- Translate customer requirements into technical solutions and create system designs.
- Support installation and commissioning phases.
- Drive sales projects and support cross-border opportunities.
- Participate in local and international trade shows.
- Organize and conduct customer training sessions.
- Provide market trend analysis and customer feedback.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and system upgrades.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Master's degree preferred).
- At least 5 years of sales experience in Critical Communications or Broadcast markets.
- Fluent English and Polish language skills.
- Strong customer focus and negotiation skills.
- Ability to plan and implement activities to achieve timely results.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to identify root causes.
- Product knowledge of Intercom Solutions and experience is an advantage.
- Additional regional languages like Czech or German is an advantage.
