Sales Manager for Intercom Systems

Bosch Polska is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager for Intercom Systems to lead our business growth in the East European region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships and develop sales strategies to increase market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with customers.
  • Develop and implement local business development activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create training materials and support customer engagement.
  • Utilize CRM and other sales tools to track customer interactions and sales performance.
  • Translate customer requirements into technical solutions and create system designs.
  • Support installation and commissioning phases.
  • Drive sales projects and support cross-border opportunities.
  • Participate in local and international trade shows.
  • Organize and conduct customer training sessions.
  • Provide market trend analysis and customer feedback.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and system upgrades.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Master's degree preferred).
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in Critical Communications or Broadcast markets.
  • Fluent English and Polish language skills.
  • Strong customer focus and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to plan and implement activities to achieve timely results.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to identify root causes.
  • Product knowledge of Intercom Solutions and experience is an advantage.
  • Additional regional languages like Czech or German is an advantage.
