About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Game Producer to join our team at Virtuos Warsaw.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in game development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Establish a strong team dynamic to motivate each member to achieve the best possible quality for our players;
  • Project Management: Working with stakeholders focused on outsource-based cooperation;
  • Strategic Planning: Work in conjunction to establish the vision, charters, sprint, and milestone goals;
  • Methodology: Use the best-suited methodology for game development to guarantee identified product quality and validate the workflow pipeline of the project;
  • Goal Setting: Set goals for the entire game and its milestones with a good understanding of the project scope, game market, competitors, and constraints;
  • Task Management: Define and assign tasks and priorities with the help of each team's leads;
  • Delivery Planning: Define and schedule deliverables, adjusting production schedules;
  • Budgeting: Establish and monitor development strategies and budgets;
  • Communication: Ensure clarity of objectives for production teams through a tracking tool to define/share/follow up tasks;
  • Process Improvement: Identify best practices on the market and communicate them synthetically and constructively to the teams;
  • Risk Management: Anticipate risks and implement action plans to overcome them;
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate transparently on project status and risks to stakeholders to ensure that they are properly informed of any impact of future releases;
  • Quality Assurance: Identify our processes and propose improvement solutions.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Producer, managing teams within the creative or software development industry;
  • Excellent working knowledge of the games industry;
  • Deep understanding of JIRA, Confluence, Hansoft, Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, etc.
  • Upper-intermediate or higher English level.

Desirable:

  • Credited with one game launch in a Producer role;
  • Strong knowledge of Agile Methodology.
