About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our API Services and Cloud Development team as a Senior Cloud Architect. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing highly scalable microservices intended to be deployed on a cloud platform. You will implement proof-of-concepts, build features, deploy systems, and oversee the end-to-end execution of projects.

Your Responsibilities
  • Design and develop highly scalable microservices using a cloud-native architecture.
  • Implement proof-of-concepts and build features to meet business requirements.
  • Deploy systems and ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of projects, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from product management, architecture, and other engineering teams to achieve project goals.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional experience in design, development, and support of Java backend applications.
  • Practical experience with Java 11 or above, OOP, functional programming, and design patterns.
  • Experience with building Spring-based RESTful web services using Spring Core, Spring Boot 2.x or above, and Spring Data.
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proven ability to meet commitments and deliver projects within specified timelines.
