About the Role
The purpose of this role is to accelerate Haleon's performance in online channels. As the Digital Commerce Manager Export Hub, you will drive the e-commerce strategy for all Haleon CH brands in Export Markets, executing action plans and developing capabilities to achieve a leading position in digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies for Haleon CH brands in Export Markets.
- Lead the e-commerce planning process for Export Markets and Clusters, contributing to the Repeatable Growth Model (RGM) and 3/1 Plan.
- Develop new online sales channels and e-commerce activation plans.
- Lead e-commerce processes on a cluster level, including eStore checks, CEE monthly digital e-commerce reporting, and Joint Business Planning (JBP) with key e-partners.
- Implement and utilize available e-commerce tools to drive sales growth.
- Design solutions to maximize sales conversion of digital communication.
- Develop dedicated e-commerce sales plans considering product and channel-specific market analysis.
- Design e-commerce Joint Business Planning with key market partners.
- Recommend online sales programs and activities to achieve sales and profit goals.
- Explore and recommend new e-opportunities to drive Haleon brand awareness and visibility in the e-commerce channel.
- Manage the Find, Convert, and Perform (FCP) framework in clusters/countries, ensuring strong focus on product presence and visibility in the e-commerce channel.
- Report on performance and e-commerce sales.
- Lead new cross-category partnership opportunities to develop Haleon in the e-commerce channel.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in developing and leading e-commerce sales in a global company environment.
- Fluent English and Russian language skills.
- Expertise in developing e-commerce capabilities.
- Background in digital, sales, marketing, analytics, or related fields.
- Deep understanding of multiple e-commerce channels, their role, current e-commerce trends, and shopper behaviors.
- Strong experience in negotiations and leading client agendas.
- Strong experience in leading strategic processes and alignment, building real buy-in to ensure execution follows strategic alignment.
- Strong change management experience and ability to build multi-functional processes from scratch.
- Strong data structure building and analytical skills, with proven ability to transition them into insights (PowerBI/Tableau skills are considered an advantage).
- Best-in-class problem-solving skills and strong solution orientation.
- Good ability to influence at all levels, build strong relationships, and capacity to work in a matrix.
