Global Sales Strategist

As a Global Sales Strategist at Albéa, you will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experience. This role involves building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and developing tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales initiatives
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to meet customer needs and expectations
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture market share
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of sales experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global context
