Your Role in the Team

As a Release Manager, you'll work closely with various IT, Service Management, and Business functions to plan, coordinate, and execute IG major releases. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the successful delivery of changes to our production environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with service owners, project managers, Business, and other functions to properly scope and plan the execution of changes
  • Identify and clarify dependencies, manage conflicts between changes, and understand the impact of changes on our production environment
  • Coordinate implementation of changes during the release window
  • Deliver release summary and other reports
  • Champion our processes and tools

Requirements

  • Experience in planning and coordinating major releases
  • Managing complex deployments under the pressure of time
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Working closely with application and infrastructure teams
  • Understanding of ITIL practices
  • Performing data analysis and reporting
  • ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, Office
