Lead AI Advertising Solutions Manager

We are Team Up, a leading innovator in the tech and electronics industry, and we are seeking an experienced Lead AI Advertising Solutions Manager.

Estimated Salary: 120,000 - 180,000 USD per year (dependent on location and experience).

Job Description:

As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for leading the creation and launch of new AI advertising solutions while improving existing features. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, understand customer needs, and leverage data, inventory, and technology to propose new advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI-driven advertising strategies to enhance targeting, personalization, and optimization.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to drive product development and ensure successful implementation.
• Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted advertising campaigns.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the advertising industry.
• Define success metrics and KPIs to ensure products meet business goals.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in Product Management or Technical Product Management, ideally in digital advertising/AdTech. You should be fluent in English and have a proven track record of launching technical products with measurable impact.
